Generate a checklist with AI

1. Open the checklist builder

   Go to Templates > New Checklist and click Generate with AI.

2. Describe your process

   Type a description of what the checklist should cover. Be specific about the context — the more detail you provide, the more relevant the output. For example: “Daily opening checklist for a milk tea cafe — covers equipment startup, ingredient prep, cleanliness, and cash register.”

3. Review the generated checklist

   Supa AI produces a full checklist with item types (photo capture, numeric entry, text confirmation, dropdown) already assigned based on the nature of each step. Review each item, edit wording, reorder steps, or delete anything that does not apply.

4. Configure and publish

   Set the geofence, assign to locations, and publish. The entire process from description to published checklist typically takes under five minutes.

Generate a training course from a document

1. Open the course builder

   Go to Training > Courses > New Course and click Generate with AI.

2. Upload your document

   Upload a PDF, Word file (.docx), or plain text file. Supa AI accepts manuals, SOPs, training guides, policy documents, and similar materials.

3. Review the generated course

   Supa AI breaks the document into logical modules, writes a brief guide for each, and generates quiz questions to test understanding. Review the structure, adjust module titles, edit quiz questions, and add or remove content as needed.

4. Assign and publish

   Assign the course to the relevant roles or locations and publish. Staff receive a notification that the course is ready.

Document Q&A for frontline staff

Supa AI can answer questions from your frontline team based on documents you have uploaded to the SOP library. Staff access this from the Supa mobile app by tapping Ask Supa AI and typing their question.

Example questions staff can ask:

• “How do I handle a customer complaint about a food quality issue?”
• “What are the steps for opening the store if the manager is not on site?”

Supa AI reads your uploaded documents and returns a direct, sourced answer — citing which document and section the answer came from. If the answer is not in any uploaded document, Supa AI says so rather than guessing.

To add a document to the Q&A library, go to Training > SOP Library > Upload Document and toggle Enable for AI Q&A.

To translate a checklist or course, open it and click Translate > Select language. Supa AI generates the translated version as a separate copy that you can review and publish independently.
